Oasis Agafay – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Oasis Agafay for your private desert retreat. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Guest Policy

• Accepted Guests:
  Oasis Agafay welcomes families only, with a maximum of 6 guests (including children and infants).
  Bookings from groups of friends, colleagues, or unrelated individuals are not permitted, even if the group is within the 6-person limit.
• Minimum Age Requirement:
  The main guest (person making the booking) must be at least 21 years old at the time of check-in.

2. House Rules

To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all:

• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the property
• No loud music or disruptive behavior
• Access is strictly limited to registered guests only
  (No external visitors or unregistered overnight guests are permitted without prior approval)

3. Booking & Payment

• Flat Rate: €180 per night, available year-round
• No hidden fees: This rate includes all amenities, utilities, and applicable taxes

4. Cancellation Policy

Option 1: Full Prepayment

• 100% refund if canceled 15 days or more before check-in
• No refund if canceled within 14 days or less

Option 2: Deposit Payment (1/3 of the total amount)

• The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date
• The remaining balance is due before check-in

5. Activities & External Services

We are happy to connect you with trusted local partners for:

• Camel rides
• Quad biking excursions
• Traditional Moroccan gastronomy experiences

These services are optional and not included in the nightly rate.
Oasis Agafay is not responsible for the pricing, availability, or quality of services provided by third parties.

6. Liability & Damages

Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection, provided no damage has occurred.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking at Oasis Agafay, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined above.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking that does not meet these conditions.
